Job Description:

The Role

Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a client based in Abergavenny. The successful candidate will be the first contact for customers and will be required to liaise with other departments in order to improve and maintain delivery performance and customer perception. The successful candidate will also be required to travel to various locations to meet customers and ensure quality of service.

Immediate start until the end of March 2019.

£26,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to regular production/planning meetings
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure solution
  • Inform customers of any updates/issues that may affect delivery performance
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Update monthly delivery graphs
  • Visit customers as and when required to maintain and build relationships
  • Daily reporting
  • Collection and distribution of data to other parties
  • Co-ordination of returns with Quality Administrator
