Job Description:

Our client is a rapidly growing law firm with around 900 lawyers across 23 offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They are a full service firm operating in business areas such as Corporate, Employment, Technology and IP.


  • Processing bank reconciliations for multiple currencies.
  • Performing disbursement payments, inputting onto Bankline and Western Union
  • Handling the firm's credit card, performing functions such as posting entries and monthly reconciliations
  • Reconciling counsel fee notes and posting to ledgers
  • Assist the cashiering team
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when they arise.

Candidate Profile

  • Good knowledge of SAR rules
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a confident & professional manner
  • Accurate input of data into various software systems.
  • Basic understanding of excel.
  • Familiarity with online banking systems
  • Organised individual, with experience of working to deadlines
  • Previous experience in cashiering role
