The Role:

A role has emerged for a young enthusiastic candidate to join our team as an Office Administrator/Receptionist.

This role suits a recent graduate looking to get into their first office job and who is looking for a young and dynamic environment.

As an Office Administrator/Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Answering the phone

  • Receiving and signing for packages

  • Sending out parcels

  • Creating tickets through our ticketing system

  • Greeting guests/visitors and offering refreshments

  • Booking flights, hotels, etc.

  • Sorting post/franking machine

  • Maintaining and ordering stationary and office supplies

  • General offices duties

Required skills:

  • Highly organised and with the ability to multi-task

  • Attention to detail

  • Positive and proactive attitude with a friendly personality

  • Communication (face to face and via telephone) is essential for this role, so very good written and spoken English a must

This is a full time role based in Addlestone KT15 (9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday)

Punctuality is key, so close proximity to Addlestone is favourable.
